Your right to deletion

You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This page explains how.

What data we hold

If you sent us the contact form, we may hold:

• your name, email address and message; company and phone number if provided
• your IP address and browser information (collected for spam prevention)
• how you found us — campaign tags, advertising click identifiers, landing page and referrer

How to request deletion

Email hello@blackframe.systems with the subject "Data deletion" and include:

• your full name
• the email address you used in the form
• what you would like deleted (everything, or specific data)

Processing time

We respond within 30 days. In complex cases we may extend this by up to two further months and will tell you why.

Verification

To protect your privacy we may ask you to confirm your identity — usually by replying from the email address you used in the form.

Data held by advertising and analytics providers

If you accepted analytics or advertising cookies, Google, Meta, Reddit or OpenAI may hold data about your visit under their own control. We delete what we hold and can help you reach them; you can also manage it in your accounts with those providers. To stop further collection on this website, use "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Exceptions

We may have to keep some data when the law requires it (for example accounting records if we worked together). We will tell you about any such exception.
