Your Right to Data Deletion

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data that we hold. This page explains how to submit a data deletion request.

What Data We Hold

If you have submitted a contact form on our website, we may hold the following information about you:

• Company name (if provided)
• Phone number (if provided)
• The message you submitted
• Your IP address and browser information (collected for spam prevention)

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Please include the following in your request:

• Your full name
• The email address you used when submitting a form
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted

Processing Time

We will respond to your request within 30 days of receipt. In complex cases, we may extend this period by a further 2 months and will notify you accordingly.

Verification

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before processing a deletion request. We will contact you via the email address provided if additional information is needed.

Exceptions

In some cases, we may be unable to delete certain data if we are required to retain it by law (for example, for tax or legal compliance purposes). We will inform you of any such exceptions when processing your request.
