Build Partner

2-6 mounth

From business requirement to production. Technical direction, architecture, team and delivery — owned end to end. Fixed scope or phased commitment.

Build Partner is for companies that need more than development capacity. We take technical ownership of the product — from the first architecture decisions to a stable production release.

You work with one technical partner responsible for turning business requirements into a system that can actually be built, shipped, and maintained. The CTO leads the technical direction; a senior engineering team handles delivery.

When it fits

  • You have a product idea or specification, but no technical team to execute it.
  • You need to build a new product, platform, internal system, or automation from scratch.
  • Your existing team lacks the capacity or seniority to own a new technical initiative.
  • You want one accountable technical partner instead of coordinating multiple freelancers.
  • You need to move from prototype or MVP to a production-ready system.

What we take ownership of

  • Discovery & scope
We turn business requirements into a concrete technical scope, identify unknowns, dependencies, integrations, and risks before development begins.
  • Architecture
System boundaries, data model, APIs, infrastructure, security, integrations, deployment strategy, and the technical decisions behind them.
  • Team & delivery
We assemble the right engineering capacity for the project, break the work into executable stages, and manage technical delivery from implementation to review.
  • Quality & engineering standards
Code review, testing strategy, CI/CD, environments, observability, documentation, and production-readiness are part of the build — not an afterthought.
  • Launch
Deployment, infrastructure configuration, release validation, monitoring, stabilization, and handover.

How an engagement works

01 — Understand. We start with the business problem, constraints, existing systems, timeline, and definition of success.

02 — Design. We define the architecture, scope, delivery stages, risks, and technical approach. You know what is being built and why before serious development spend begins.

03 — Build. The engineering team executes in controlled milestones while the CTO maintains architectural consistency, reviews critical decisions, and keeps delivery aligned with the product goal.

04 — Ship. We deploy to production, verify the system under real conditions, stabilize it, and leave behind the infrastructure and documentation needed to operate it.

Engagement models

Fixed scope.
Best when requirements and acceptance criteria can be defined upfront. We agree on the deliverables, boundaries, milestones, and commercial terms before the build.

Phased commitment.
Best for larger or evolving products. The project is divided into independent stages, with scope and priorities reviewed before committing to the next phase.

What you get

  • A defined technical architecture
  • A production-ready implementation
  • Infrastructure and deployment setup
  • CI/CD and release process
  • Technical documentation
  • Visibility into progress, risks, and decisions
  • A system your business owns — not a dependency on us
The principle is simple:
you should not have to manage developers to get a software product built. You bring the business problem. We take responsibility for the technical path to production.

Have something to build?

Send us the problem, existing specification, prototype, or even an unfinished idea. The first step is determining what should be built, what should not, and what it will realistically take to get it into production.
