Product Sprint

8 Weeks

MVP in 8 weeks. Fixed scope, fixed price, working product at the end

Product Sprint is a focused 8-week engagement designed to turn a validated idea into a working MVP — with a defined scope, fixed price, and a production-ready product at the end.

The goal is not to build everything your product may eventually become. The goal is to identify the smallest version worth launching, build it properly, and put it in the hands of real users.

When it fits

  • You have a product idea and need a real first version — not another prototype.
  • You need to validate a business model with actual users.
  • You have a deadline for a launch, pilot, investor demo, or first customer.
  • You know the problem you are solving, but need help defining the right MVP.
  • You want predictable cost and timeline instead of open-ended development.

What happens before the 8 weeks

Every Product Sprint starts with a short qualification and scoping phase. We clarify the business goal, core user journey, integrations, technical constraints, and what absolutely needs to exist in version one.

If the product cannot realistically be delivered within eight weeks, we reduce the scope, split it into phases, or recommend a different engagement. The deadline does not dictate bad engineering decisions.

The 8-week sprint

Weeks 1–2 — Foundation.
Finalize requirements, define architecture and data model, prepare infrastructure, establish environments, CI/CD, and build the technical foundation of the product.

Weeks 3–4 — Core product.
Build the primary user flows and business logic. By this stage, the product begins functioning as a complete system rather than a collection of isolated features.

Weeks 5–6 — Complete the MVP.
Finish agreed functionality, integrations, administration tools, permissions, edge cases, and the operational pieces required for real-world use.

Weeks 7–8 — Production.
Testing, stabilization, deployment, monitoring, production configuration, final fixes, documentation, and launch.

What is included

  • MVP scope and technical specification
  • System architecture and data model
  • Frontend and backend development where required
  • Third-party API integrations included in the agreed scope
  • Authentication, authorization, and core security controls
  • Database and infrastructure setup
  • CI/CD and deployment pipeline
  • Production deployment
  • Technical documentation and handover

Fixed scope. Fixed price.

Before development starts, we agree on exactly what the sprint delivers. That scope becomes the commercial boundary of the project.

New ideas are welcome — but they do not silently become new requirements. They go into the next phase instead of putting the current launch at risk.

Eight weeks means eight weeks because the scope is controlled — not because corners are cut.

What you have at the end

Not a Figma prototype. Not a repository that still needs another team. Not a technical proof of concept.

You have a working MVP deployed to production, built around the agreed core use case and ready for real users, customer validation, or the next stage of product development.

What happens after launch?

The sprint is designed to have a clear end. You own the product, source code, infrastructure, and documentation.

From there, we can continue with another development phase, provide ongoing technical support, help build an internal team, or hand the system over completely.

Have an idea?

Send us a short description of the product, the problem it solves, and what you believe the first version needs to do. We will determine whether it is a good fit for an 8-week Product Sprint before making a commitment.
